Not proactive. Too many cases in the hopper to give quality services. Behind the 8 ball. Didn't seem engaged in fighting for the client. I had to do a lot of the work.
Would not return calls/emails for 6 months. Had more pages in invoices than in work. Inflated and padded charges. Never provided a detailed breakdown of charges to credit card company or me. Used entire retainer up and tried extorting $1500.00 more for a case that should not have cost half of the retainer. Basically, he stole my retainer. Couldn't provide explanations for charges and I can't get any money back. Worse, he didn't have to do squat for the money but avoid me. It all true.
