She was very wonderful and easy to work with! She was extremely prompt at returning calls (if you had to even leave a message) and emails. She wrote the most AMAZING filing documents based on the witness statements I had prepared for her (former LEO in a DV unit). She would bend over backwards and worked tirelessly to get past clerks and get hearing dates and such. She is a bulldog (in a VERY good way!)

We had 3 deaths in the family in 2009 with 0 wills. Ina is helping us sort all that out. Additionally, we are in a custody battle for our 7 yr old and Ina has been all but invaluable in this matter.

I had faith in Ina representing me in my custody case and I was extremely disappointed. Not only did my case go no where when I hired a different attorney to take over where she left off, we were placed back in the exact spot she started in- she made zero change or movement. She was never prepared for court and on numerous occasions, she had information incorrect. Not only am I dissatisfied in her representation, she charged me over $850 dollars worth of fees in communication exchanges that were made PRIOR to her being retained as my attorney. Additionally, she charged fees for reviewing attachments that were never sent on multiple dates. She charged me fees for contacting me asking me information that she already had or that was irrelevant (court dates, email address, demographic information, etc). She charged me for a conversation where she discussed other custody cases with me and their outcomes. Do not use her.

Ina presented to be unprofessional and unprepared. Her billing invoices are incorrect and she charges individuals incorrectly. She is fraudulent and unethical. There are numerous fees that are incorrect and unorganized. It would be recommended for you to re-read your invoices and ask for it to be itemized.
