If my son signed a plea agreement to serve 75%, can they ask him to serve full sentence 2 days before his release date?

The plea agreement makes no mention of any 75%. There is nothing in writing that read 75%. That was someone's estimate.

You are retarded. You were so drunk that after you immediately realized that you were driving the wrong way, you had to stop and gather your thought, NOT just turn around, but stop and gather your thought. You were arrested for DUI, and released on an OR bond. You will receive notice to appear in court in the mail on the DUI charge.

Can the police arrest me for DUI after it happened? How?

Answered by attorney Nathaniel D Shafer
DUI/DWI lawyer at Natty Shafer Law
Yes, people are frequently convicted under similar circumstances to what you described. That being said, with an aggressive defense, you may be able to avoid a conviction. Hire a lawyer immediately to help you fight the charge.
