If you were driving under the influence and the blood tests verifies that, you can be charged with a DUI after the fact. The police would have to obtain the BAC results from the blood test.

Since it is not at wall clear from your enquiry whether you are being charged with anything, let alone OWI or reckless driving, only a lawyer who has ferreted out from you ALL the facts can advise you. BTW, if a charge is reduced in a case like this, it would more likely be a reduction FROM reckless to OWI.

It's a little tricky to answer because the judge could revoke your probation and re-sentence you for the original offense that you are on probation for or revoke your probation and have you spend the rest of your time behind bars.
