What am I facing for DUI charge?

You need to fight this charge. You may have to go to trial. If you were arrested on or after March 4 immediately call the DMV to request a hearing. You only have 10 days to make such a request for hearing, you do not include the day you were arrested when counting days. You need to get a private attorney if possible to represent you at the DMV and court, public defenders cannot represent you out of court.

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen

Not usually. But depends on the Judge, the county, your criminal history and your lawyer. Hire a DWI attorney and fight it with everything you got.

You now have a DWI conviction. You should talk to an attorney who handles immigration cases as soon as possible.
