What can we do to avoid getting deported?

Depending on his current age, he may be eligible for DACA (deferred action for childhood arrivals). If he is not eligible and if he entered the US illegally with his parents, there isn't really anyone can do about his removal from the US because, if DACA is not available to him, then there does not seem to be any other form or relief for him based on the information you provided. If he has a court date with the immigration court, he should not attend that hearing without an attorney. An immigration attorney should be consulted so that all his options are explored and considered.

Can I get my case dismissed if the arresting officer did not read me my rights while I was getting arrested for DUI?

No. Although an officer should read you your Miranda rights when you are arrested, it is not absolutely necessary as long as you are not questioned about the crime for which you were arrested or were detained during the questioning. Miranda only acts to suppress any statements you gave the police after you are arrested or detained. It does not invalidate an arrest.
