What are my chances to get a license all before I have been convicted of anything and to get another license in another state?

Talk to a local attorney before you try this scheme. Computers determine if a driver's license is valid, not your possession of a plastic card. Also some states have strong fraud laws.

Yes, most of what you owe can be converted to jail time. There are some court fees and costs that cannot be converted though. The total amount is around $2,000. About $1500 of thy can be converted to jail or community service.

Can I expunge my 2005 DUI and if so, how do I go about doing that?

If you are off of probation and have picked up no new cases, then you can. File a form in the court where your case was. The forms are online CR-180 and CR-181. There may be a filing fee. If you were represented by the public defender, they will usually file the expungement for you.
