If the officer didn't see me drive can he arrest me for DUI?

DUI/DWI lawyer at Palumbo & Associates, PC
Is it a good case to fight. Every case is a good case to fight. In your case you actually have evidence of innocence. Even if you were stone cold guilty you have to fight a DWI case in today's day and age. Retain counsel and pound upon the "operation" element of DUI.

What happens when you get a DUI with a high BAC? How?

Answered by attorney Robert Edward McCall (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Law Office of Robert E. McCall
Any sentence depends on the Judge, but due to the BAC the statute allows the Judge to double the statutory sentence. He needs to speak to an attorney immediately. Jail would be up to the Judge, some Judges put all younger offenders inside in an effort to "scare them straight"

What can I do if I missed a court date but I was only the passenger not the driver?

Answered by attorney Laurie A. Schmidt
DUI/DWI lawyer at 5280 Law Group
It depends on why you were summons to court, if you were a witness, contact the DA and see if there was a subsequent court date set. If you received a citation of some sort, you will need to add your case back on the court's calendar. You may be taken in to custody or bail set. If this second scenario is your situation, contact a criminal defense attorney in your area to assist you in this process.
