Get a good attorney now, there is evidence with you will need to preserve from the truck. It is a circumstantial evidence charge and will be very fact driven.

You need to hire an attorney. if you can't afford one, ask the court to appoint a public defender to represent you.

What happens if I don’t pay for my DUI assessment by my final court date?

If you cannot pay the amount due by its due date go to court and ask for more time. If you do this, the judge will probably grant it. If you do not, you will have far more difficulties. You will be charged with a Violation of Probation and you could then be sentenced to anything up to and including the maximum for the DUI, which is up to 2.5 years in jail. That is highly unlikely. But simply going in to ask for more time is the right way to handle this.
