Is it possible to test negative on a breathalyzer and then still have alcohol in your blood?

Hudson Thomas Bair
Answered by attorney Hudson Thomas Bair (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Kapsack & Bair, LLP
If his blood alcohol concentration, as measured by breath, was 0.0, what else could it be? The test measured no alcohol, therefore any impairment observed by the police was either a mistake or due to some other reason.

In every DUI case I've had in Missouri, the defendant has had to be there. If you are going to dispose of the case, you will have to sign a plea form and enter a guilty plea to the original or amended charge.
