Dui in colorado, not sentenced yet, can I move to texas and transfer my dui before my court date arraignment due to hardship and work?

If you move to Texas PRIOR to your sentencing date, Colorado law allows the judge to impose a sentence that is just a fine and community service work.  It depends on the county whether they follow this procedure or not, however. Or if you move to Texas after the sentencing, probation can be transfered there under the interstate Compact (a rather complicated process that can take several months to complete).  You will have to get an alcoho0l evaluation in Texas and do whatever is recommended there - if you have not completed your alcohol program before moving - you will be starting all over again. So, the short answeer is you can move, but it is complicated. A lawyer could really help you with this.

If I had blood drawn and the results read .08 alcohol in my system, was I legally intoxicated?

That may be enough to arrest, but alone it's not enough to tell whether you were either intoxicated or .08% at the time of driving which is what the state needs to show. Problems with blood tests are their machines aren't accurate and the blood sits out unrefrigerated for days before its tested. This can cause fermentation. Fermentation increases the alcohol in the blood when tested.

If you “signed something with a court date” it means you have been charged and have a court date. If they did not give you a copy of what you signed that is unusual.  I suggest calling the court clerk of the county where you were arrested and asking when your court date is.  Or better yet, hire a lawyer to locate your case, and properly advise you on what to do and how to handle the case. You do NOT want to miss the court date - or a warrant will be issued for your arrest. Take this seriously and talk to a lawyer face to face.
