How can I have my DUI drop to a reckless opp.?

Answered by attorney James Kristian Falk (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at The Falk Law Firm, LLC
I am concerned about your chances of getting these charges reduced. It may depend upon what is on the tape of the field sobriety tests. Based on the content of the tape your lawyer may be able to have the results of the BAC test suppressed.

Yes! It's called a "dramshop action." A bar and its employees CAN be sued for over-serving a patron or serving someone who is overly intoxicated.

If the cops do not have your permission to take your blood, they have to get a warrant. You do not need to mention anything; hire a lawyer to represent you.
