Winning a DUI appeal is very difficult, and quite costly (easily $5,000.00 plus). If the officer had a valid reason to stop you (i.e., you were driving in the middle of the street), and if the blood test or Breathalyzer were properly administered/maintained, you might be better off saving your money to hire an attorney to restore your driving privileges after your period of revocation has expired.

I don't know what you mean by "extreme DUI", but most ist Dui's serve i-2 days mandatory jail, if convicted. however, you may have defenses that would avoi jail all together. at the other extreme Dui's alway carry a potential 364 days in jail. You should seek advice from an experienced, local attorney and see if you can't avoid jail.
