The interlock will be on the car, period. So, neither you or her can have any alcohol on your breath. What is the confusion?

What are the penalties of giving urine to a person who is charged with DUI and on probation for a urine test?

Leonard D. Harden
Answered by attorney Leonard D. Harden (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Harden Law Office
The person on probation gets a violation. The person helping probably gets a false statement or interference with investigation. The smartest thing to do is not talk or say anything.

What can be my best option to get my citizenship?

If your sentence is a twelve (12) month sentence, then you may very well have a problem with immigration. Traditionally, attorneys have fought to obtain a sentence for their clients which indicates that the total sentence is less than 12 months (typically 11 months 29 days) to avoid having problems with immigration. I am assuming that you have an attorney. If not, you need to retain legal representation immediately.
