Lawyer James R. Coppage has nearly 20 years of experience providing skilled representation to clients in the Brunswick, Georgia area. Before opening his own practice, he was an assistant district attorney in Superior Court and Solicitor-General in Georgia State Court. Before law school, he spent time as a police officer.

Hired Attorney James Robert Coppage

I received a Super Speeder ticket (96 in a 70) and was accused of a DUI while passing thru Brunswick on I-95. Georgia State Patrol arrested me and booked me into Glynn County. Coppage Law was the only firm around that would take my case on such short notice and with a judge who has a zero-tolerance for DUI/speeding in Glynn County. Mr. Coppage is an intelligent, confident, and detail oriented individual, which is something very reassuring when hiring an attorney. He was able to acquire all the documents that pertained to my case within the 5 days before court. Mr. Coppage was able to convince the judge to DISMISS my DUI charge and accept the full speeding ticket charge. He was also able to apply my "No Lo" to the speeding ticket, which prevented ANY points from going onto my license. So in the end, my DUI was completely DISMISSED, I paid a $1000 fine for the speeding, and I received NO points on my license. This was the best possible scenario for my case and I'm still in disbelief.

Insurance company offered ridiculously low offer. But couldn't find attorney because of who caused the accident. Mr Coppage got me twice the amount of money I expected. Great job!
