The short answer is that you cannot get it expunged.  Expunction is a limited remedy found in the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure 55.01.  You were placed on probation and you entered a guilty plea. Unfortunately, your conviction will not fall into one of the limited categories for which expunction is allowed.

How can I have my DUI drop to a reckless opp.?

I am concerned about your chances of getting these charges reduced. It may depend upon what is on the tape of the field sobriety tests. Based on the content of the tape your lawyer may be able to have the results of the BAC test suppressed.

Things are getting a bit confusing. I would suggest that you engage an attorney for both charges as quickly as possible. Are welcome to call my offices with all of the details and for an appointment.
