I have inherited farm real estate (before marriage), husband and I farmed for 4 years together does this entitle him to any of real estate?

What you inherited is your separate property. Husband might be entitled to some reimbursement for improvements made to the property. Your best bet is to meet with a family law attorney in your county for complete advice concerning your rights and duties if a divorce goes forward.

Can retirement earned prior to marriage be taken in divorce since I paid 3 out of 33 years to social security while married?

Citizenship does not matter as to your right to file for divorce. Residency does. You must be a resident of Wisconsin for at least six months, and of the County where you file for at least 30 days. The rest of your question requires some highly technical research. Find a good family lawyer.

Can my ex have our judgment modified to prevent me from having guest?

Susan Correia-Champa
Answered by attorney Susan Correia-Champa (Unclaimed Profile)

If your current living situation is not detrimental to the well being of your children I would think your ex would have a difficult time in modifying the judgment. However, if your ex has some evidence of conduct that is not in the minor children's best interest, such as domestic violence, drugs or alcohol, (this list is not exhaustive) then there may be grounds for a modification. I would suggest you contact an attorney to discuss your situation in detail.
