If my husband filed for a divorce but has not served me it’s been over 6 months, what can I do to make it happen?

You can file your own divorce case and serve him with it. Then if he does not respond within 30 days of service you can request that a default be entered. Your other choice is to just voluntarily file a response to his Petition without being served and then proceed with the existing case. You can then do your disclosure forms and request a trial setting.

If a person remarried while legally separated and not divorced, is the second marriage valid?

You need to get divorced and see whether the Court will make the divorce retroactive to before you remarried. Right now you are committing bigamy by being married to two people.

There is no definite rule. If his things are not in the way why not give him 60 days to pick up the items or you will sell them. The rule is that they are community property you could be forced to reimburse him half of the value of the property or if they are separate property you would have to pay him their full value.
