Is there a way I can void the MSA I have with my ex-wife?

George Nebbie Seide
Answered by attorney George Nebbie Seide (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Shulman Family Law Group
Voiding the MSA is very difficult excepting fraud of some kind. If you have a support obligation in the MSA and you are now not employed or employed at a lower income than when the MSA was created, you can file in court for a reduction in support. Child Support is always modifiable. Spousal support may not be modified, if agreed in writing with the necessary wording. This advice does not create an attorney client relationship, which may only be promulgated through a writing.

Am I entitled to half of our home that my husband and I purchased during our marriage?

Answered by attorney Maxwell Livingston
Divorce lawyer at Karp & Iancu S.C.
You are entitled to half of your home; Wisconsin is a marital property state, meaning each spouse is entitled to half of EVERYTHING, including the house, bank accounts, etc. purchased during marriage (that was not by devise or inheritance).

Is my wife's Facebook sexual activities constitutes to a divorce?

Answered by attorney Tres Andrew Porter (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at The Law Offices of Tres A. Porter
California is a no fault divorce state. Whether or not someone has been unfaithful in the marriage makes no difference in matters of spousal support or property division.
