Can she legally force me from my home before I am financially able to move?

In order to advise you about your situation, we need to see the agreement and the final judgment. Basically a home which is owned between husband and wife converts to a tenancy in common upon the entrance of the dissolution judgment. If there has been no physical abuse, then there is no reason to grant exclusive use and possession, but we do not know what the agreement says as to this aspect of the case.

Can a person be married and separated at the same time? How?

Answered by attorney John F Brennan (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Musilli Brennan Associates, PLLC
Generally, in America, marriage is a legal status. A person cannot remarry if they are only legally separated. No remarriage is legally valid unless the party was unmarried at the time, read that divorced. "House marriages" where the party officiating does not require a marriage license, register the marriage with the authorities, and performed knowing that one of the persons is separated but not legally divorced are both invalid and potentially illegal. A person who knowingly marries another while they are married to a different person is a bigamist, which is a crime.

In Florida, unless there are extreme circumstances, you would most likely not be entitled to anything other than perhaps some financial assistance to move.
