Can I get a divorce if we got married on 05-06-2011 and we stayed together for 3 month and I moved back to my place and husband agrees?

If you live in Colorado the only requirement to obtain a divorce is that the marriage is irretrievably broken - there is no time limit for length of marriage or separation. If you are in another state you need to consult an attorney in that state to find out the requirements for divorce.

I filed a divorce petition with a minor child but he has turned 18, can I type the decree without him on it?

Yes, but it be better to identify the child and indicate that he is now 18 and not subject to any custody/parenting rules. If you are in Colorado, child support continues to age 19 unless he is considered emancipated and, if he is, the Decree should make specific finding of emancipation.

In the state of florida if my husband is on SSDI and our incomes are the same will I have to pay him allimony

The basic factors in the establishment of a spousal support obligation are need, ability to pay, and the standard of living during the marriage.  There are certainly many other factors involved, but this provides a pretty good frame to work from.  In your case if the incomes are commensurate, then it would be unlikely that alimony would be paid from one spouse to the other.  There are some exceptions, such as whether there are greater needs for the other spouse based on the disability.  Alimony is a very fact specific analysis.  I would consult a local attorney to make sure that there aren't any exceptions that apply to your case.
