I would kindly but strongly recommend you secure written verification from the applicable mortgage company that you are not listed on the mortgage, and you also want to ensure your Judgment of Divorce clearly states that you are in no way responsible for the mortgage, and that your husband must indemnify and hold you harmless from same.
