Eric W. Phelps, M.A., J.D., was born and raised in the small Michigan town of Flat Rock, where his conservative values and strong work ethic were forged. His love of country inspired his life of service, first in the U.S. Marine Corps and later as an attorney and through community service. Hired Attorney

Mr. Phelps has been my third experience with a lawyer. He has gone above and beyond my expectations. He was the only lawyer out of three counties willing to work with my guardianship case and it has been worth every penny. Before Eric, I went into my hearings with family, or alone and it was a terrifying experience not being represented. Once I hired Eric he diligently began working on my case. He is attentive, responsive, and respectful. He comes to the courtroom focused and organized. Sitting next to him gives me a feeling of relief and protection in the courtroom, a feeling I was not able to obtain being alone there. Me being a person who doesn't know all of the legalities of probate law, Mr. Phelps made this process much smoother for my family and me, with his knowledge and expertiese. If Eric could represent me for any case I ever encountered, I would hire him in a heartbeat. Thank you, Mr. Phelps and your team for your kindness and attention to our case.
