Mr. Pleat represented me in a business litigation case recently. He is not responsive, very expensive and doesn't properly disclose his fees. He also didn't ask my approval on many of the decisions he made and in some instances did the opposite. My case was resolved however, I received less money from the settlement than I was owed. At the end, he took money out of my settlement saying I owed him more money than we agreed. All-in-all, I paid $7260.10 for him to resolve a 40k matter.
