I had Humphries as a Court Appointed Attorney in Wayne County during 2018 and 2019. He repeatedly lied to me and refused to file one motion over 13 months. The prosecutor waited 93 days between arraignment & preliminary, but he didn't do anything. I ended up doing several years in prison for something that a decent lawyer could have helped me avoid. Lazy and totally incompetent is what Humphries is. If he's your lawyer, you are going to lose the case when he horse trades you for another client.
