Josh is an amazing attorney. He has the highest level of integrity and standards. He was a great representative in my divorce and was with me every step of the way. He is thorough and reliable. I would recommend him to anyone. You’re not going to find an attorney who will fight harder for you! He knows the law and is great at what he does!

Hired Attorney Joshua Carpenter

Mr. Joshua Carpenter has helped my wife and I with Child Support, Child Custody, Visitation,and Domestic Violence (all from a previous marriage). Josh has always gotten us the desired outcome, and for a reasonable amount of money. He is funny, has strong family values, and knows when to be aggressive with the opposition. He's never steered us wrong, and he's won every case we've had with him. I'd highly recommend Josh to anyone who needs a family law attorney.

Throughout the years Mr.Carpenter has been a life saver for me and my children. He has helped me understand the process of divorce with custody which has allowed me to rest assure that nothing was going to slip through the cracks. He has always been available to discuss any questions/concerns I've had and been willing to make things right when I felt they weren't. The process was emotional so having someone I knew understood my case and cared more than I felt anyone else did helped me through.

Awesome attorneys. Awesome firm. Everyone is very professional and very compassionate. I know that I can trust the attorneys with the firm to help me make the best decision when it comes to my custody case and defend me respectively. Josh is very realistic and understanding. Mr. Carpenter was superb!! I had to go through other attorneys first, and was recommended to him by a police officer friend of mine. He got in the case, and got it taken care of in less time and money than either one of the other attorneys. I could not recommend him highly enough.

Josh Carpenter is the best family law attorney in the State of New Mexico. I have had other attorneys, and he finished my case at trial with amazing professionalism.
