Robert is an experienced attorney practicing for over 20 years who aggressively pursues his clients’ interests. Robert received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida graduating with honors. Robert then worked for the Wall Street investment firms of Brown Brothers Harriman and First Boston Corporation gaining valuable financial experience before returning to the University of Florida to obtain his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree. Following law school, Robert served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida before going into private practice. Robert is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA).

We did not use Robert , butt we were very pleased with the way that he called us back and spoke with me and my wife , and explained the process to us and how it worked, or in some cases may not work . so the wife and I would definitely recommend giving Robert the opportunity to look at your situation.

From the initial contact and meeting throuout the process Mr. Corcoran made us feel comfortable about the procedure, He had us well prepared for our meeting with the assigned Trustee and participated in the proceeding. Along the way he provided assistance with appraisals and expanations for each step. A followup issue arose and we coud not ask for a quicker response from Mr. Corcoran, Hope to never put orselves in this position again but if so Mr. Corcoran is the number one man to call.

What a wonderful, compassionate man and super lawyer! He's really organized and could find necessary documents for me quickly. He knows bankruptcy law very well and gave me sound advice. However, he doesn't claim to know divorce law, (which is good to admit you don't specialize in everything)....so he recommended I see someone else for that aspect of pursuit of funds. We liked Mr. Corcoran immediately. He had a relaxed manner and made us feel comfortable. Also he had a really great secretary/assistant who was very helpful in our filing process. Mr. Corcoran gave us excellent advice and made the process less stressful. We had friends who needed a lawyer for the same reason and we recommended him. However, they got someone else and their lawyer really gave them bad advice and he ended up costing them THOUSANDS even though he was $100.00 less to start.
