He is very kind, caring, and knowledgeable. He takes very good care of his clients. He is honest, and I have recommended him to several people who were glad they used his services, and were very pleased with him.

My first time to pursue civil litigation. Working with this lawyer was a good experience. Easy to work with face-to-face, but could do a better job of keeping client updated on status of action. Also, requests for status updates resulted in additional charges. Overall, I am very happy with the service provided by this lawyer.

Hired Attorney Mr. William Pemberton

Gave this guy a $2000 retainer, produced absolutely nothing. Corrupt and in communication with my adversary via Country Club. This guy should be disbarred. I haven't forgotten.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
