Oh, well then just go to the clerk and file a petition for an injunction for protection from domestic violence.

Can you be violated for probation after the probation was terminated?

Answered by attorney Harley Ives Gutin
Criminal Law lawyer at Gutin Wolverton
The probation officer may violate you. It is a complete defense that you were no longer on probation. So the answer is no, you cannot be violated. I believe that the warrant has to be signed by the Judge prior to the term ending as that "tolls" the probationary period once the probation term ended.

Will I need an attorney for a class a misdemeanor for passing a bad check?

Answered by attorney Nathaniel D Shafer
Criminal Law lawyer at Natty Shafer Law
You are allowed to defend yourself, but you will usually get a better outcome if you have an attorney representing you. An attorney will likely think of arguments that would not occur to you.
