Can I be contacted by the other party’s attorney?

They probably should not, but IF your attorney is difficult to reach, or the matter is minor, the judge will not chastise anyone. The fact that you need to ask this on-line rather than consult with your attorney, already tells me there is a problem. Good luck.

Is your child 17? If so, then he is an adult in GA and most states. So, the parents do not need to be called. IF he is under 17, you only need be called after the child is in custody.

You did not plead guilty, you were found guilty by a jury. How many years did you spend in prison? How did you get to prison, IF there is no sentence? You were in jail for all of this time, and still wrote this poor quality question, really? Good luck.
