After 38 years, my husband and I realized that we needed to update our current wills and also have medical and financial powers of attorney prepared. Our prior attorney had retired, so we turned Richard F. Connelly for assistance. We had the best experience that exceeded all expectations. He listened to each of our concerns, made useful suggestions, and helped us make serious decisions now that we are in our seventies. He made a referral for trust services and assisted us with the necessary framework for a gift of art to the Georgia Museum of Art through the University of Georgia Foundation after my death. We discussed the disposal of physical property and included instructions within the documents for appropriate distribution. Throughout this process his staff were efficient and provided timely followup. We are very pleased and will use this firm for other matters as they might occur.
