What do I do if my jail release papers and court summons are in the wrong name?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
How did it get to you? It may be linked to your drivers license. Those are both Class C charges, so hire an attorney and fight them. Hopefully they get dismissed.

Warrant for false accusations

Answered by attorney Kenneth G. Wincorn
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Offices of Kenneth G. Wincorn & Associates, P.C.
The answer is you need an attorney in your county or nearby to help you. He can make the contacts necessary for you.You will need to make a bond before the charges can be dealt with. Unfortunately there is no easy way to deal with false accusations once the State has picked up the charge.

Can I get a DUI while driving on private property?

Answered by attorney Kenneth Marlon Hallum (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Office of Kenneth M. Hallum
DUI applies to private and public property. There a appears to be a possible issue with "driving." It does not sound like the officer witnessed you drive. It would be prudent to consult a DUI lawyer, to explore defenses to both the driving, and blood alcohol at the time of the unknown driving.
