Not enough info. If there was a burglary and your dna shows up in the residence and you have no logical explanation as to why your dna is there, you have some serious problems.

What can I do if the police officers are threatening my mother about drugs?

Answered by attorney Terry Alan Nelson (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Nelson & Lawless
What they want is to catch him or others in violation of probation or committing a crime, and they will keep looking as long as it takes. They are also looking to see if she is a conspirator in a crime by harboring a fugitive or having contraband in her house. If she were charged with anything like that, then some of the things they told her could be done to her, not all, they were exaggerating to make a point to her. What can you do? Nothing unless the police provably commit abuse and violation of her rights, which is not what you have described. They are conducting a continuing police investigation, by questioning suspects and witnesses, etc. The only was she is going to stop this is to ensure he does not reside in her house any longer.
