If 2 people were charged with petty theft and 1 did the time, what would the other person's charges be?

Answered by attorney Robert Jason De Groot (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at R. Jason de Groot, P.A.
They can both be charged with the crime. They can both do the time. But one has already done the time, you say. So why would that one who did the time be going back to court? This does not sound like it is a real question with real people, but a question for the sake of education perhaps.

What will happen if I miss court 3 times in a row?

Answered by attorney Harry S. Steinmetz (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at The Law Office of Harry S. Steinmetz
What you are saying makes no sense to me. First, if you miss court you get a warrant for your arrest. You must contact the court to arrange a motion to Quash. If you have missed court 3 times you should expect to be taken into custody and have your bail raised. You cannot be put on probation unless you plead guilty nor can they sentence you. There is no crime of 4th degree Criminal Mischief charge of Burglary, so I don't know what you are talking about.

How could I gain my rights to hunt after a felony conviction?

Answered by attorney Lawrence Thomas Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
You will NOT be getting your rights to hunt restored, because you forfeited them when you received your felony conviction, UNLESS you receive a pardon or an expungement.
