Answered by attorney Andrea Rogers (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at The Rogers Law Firm
If you have filed a lawsuit, you can use a subpoena to request the production of the video. Unless you or your lawyer have filed a lawsuit, subpoenas can not be used.

Retain an attorney who can speak with your employer for you and protect your rights if he does report it to the police. Much more information is necessary to give you advise the next step to take. Call a lawyer ASAP.

What will happen to me if a 14 year old girl responded to my craigslist ad?

Answered by attorney Jason William Savela
Criminal Law lawyer at The Savela Law Firm, P.C.
I would not call or have any further contact. I would be ready to deal with the police on your terms - meaning having a lawyer ready and knowing what to do. If the police do contact you, just say, "I want a lawyer." Say nothing else to the police no matter what they say or suggest. They can lie to you. If you lie to them, then you look guilty. You do not know what they need (are missing) to convict you, so say nothing. there is some information on my website regarding sexual assault - specifically review the information on the Pre-Text Phone Call - this maybe what is happening. If there is no proof that you knew or had reason to know the girl was underage, then you are probably not guilty of anything BUT that does not mean that this case will not cause you problems - it may require a trial to get to the truth. sending nude pictures to an underage girl is a crime, but only if you knew her age. If the police come to arrest you, they will take your computer(s) and search them. The evidence they find can be used against you. It also might help you. Destroying evidence is a crime. It can make you look guilty. Do not talk with anyone but a good criminal defense lawyer about this case - anything you say can be used against you.
