How do you stop a family member using your father's SSN?

You should confront her brother and state that this will not be allowed, and if necessary, with your father, seeking injunctive order preventing his continuing to use their father Social Security number, apparently to attempt to the fraud creditors. Regarding your other issue, if he does actually defraud creditors, at your father's demise it is almost certain that the various creditors will seek to collect from your father's estate.

How can I prepare for court for my case involving euthanasia without permission?

You could review all of the records and counsel with an attorney we you hire about the charges and elements which must be proven done by the Vet due to the allegations your have brought. I worry about your attitude. The charges would not be brought by the Board unless there was a belief there was a case.

Can I reopen a criminal first degree assault case that was dismissed 2 years ago due to no evidence?

Jared Clayton Austin
Answered by attorney Jared Clayton Austin (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Austin Legal Services, PLC
If it has been two years, then your appellate timelines have probably long expired. Probably the only way you could get back into court is with actual evidence of your innocence. You could not have been convicted if you had no evidence against you and there were no witnesses as that is just impossible.
