Mark has represented Port City Companies for the past 30+ years is knowledgeable about corporate law. He has been instrumental in guiding our company through many acquisitions, setting up buy sell agreements, executing a stock purchase. In addition, counseling our HR director in employee issues, keeping our Expectation guide up to date and legal, and working with our AR department in collections. Mark is very capable, a results oriented lawyer.

He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the law, is an easy person to talk with and work with, is responsive, and has a wonderful office setting and staff to work with. Mark was proactive and communicated very well. He was knowledgeable in construction matters and did a great job explaining the process to us and guiding us through this unfamiliar territory.
He does a good job and is a nice person
Mr. Davidson was somewhat scattered and it was difficult to pin him down many times. I don't believe he was as proficient with probate law as he stated. This in turn lead to more costs, lack of communication, lack of response, and things not getting done in a timely manner.
