Are my firearm rights gone and who can tell me if my rights are gone or not?

First you need to know if it was a misdemeanor or a felony. If it was a misdemeanor your rights were not taken away, but if it was a felony, they were. Contact the clerk of the court to find out.

What will happen if I have a bench warrant from another state?

What you should do is hire an attorney. If you do not take care of this now, you will be forever looking over your shoulder wondering if you are going to be arrested on that warrant. A traffic infraction will probably not get you extradited from the other state, but that state can hold you for up to 30 days while FL decides whether to come and get you.

How can I remove assault charges?

Most DAs have a policy of not dropping charges against a DV victim. If you go to the DA, and say the charges were untrue, they could have you arrested for false report of a misdemeanor of felony.
