How much jail time will be spent for an indictment on drug distribution?

Answered by attorney Stephen Lewis Freeborn (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Freeborn Law Offices P.S.
It depends upon the amounts involved, how long the distribution has been gong on, and who the customers were (kids??). Even on a first offense, if convicted or plead out, I see you doing at least one year.

What will happen to a robbery of a pizza delivery man with a firearm?

Cynthia Russell Henley
Answered by attorney Cynthia Russell Henley (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Cynthia Henley
Anywhere from probation up to 20 years in prison. If he gets prison time, he has to serve 1/2 before becoming eligible for parole. He is not eligible for shock probation. It will depend on factors in the robbery, the person's general history, and plans and support in place to keep this from happening again.

If I made a statement and my husband wasn’t here and didn’t come to make one could he be arrested

If you told them facts about a crime (like assault), they will present what they have to the DA's office to see if charges are filed regardless of whether your husband made or did not make a statement.
