What am I looking at for a 2nd offense retail theft?

It is probably still a misdemeanor, but with each subsequent charge your chances of going to jail increase. I would suggest retaining an experienced criminal defense lawyer in your area that handles retail fraud or shoplifting charges and is familiar with your judge.

Am I facing possible jail time?

Thomas J Tomko

Criminal Law lawyer at Thomas J. Tomko, Attorney at Law
Your questions are best addressed to your attorney. The attorney will know your case better and know how the judge will respond. I presume that you will provide proof of completing all of the terms of your probation. If you attorney is not responding, then you should discharge them and ask for a Court Appointed attorney at the time of the Court hearing.
