You need to contact a local criminal defense attorney. You and your attorney will make arrangements for you to turn yourself into the court. You may have to post a bond prior to being released and I would plan (if in Colorado) to spend up to one night in jail. After the warrant is recalled (or closed); you and your attorney will be able to see what the charges are and the bases for the charges. Depending on how long the warrant has been outstanding, you may have a due process argument that could get the case dismissed.

Unless you are on formal probation you should not need to transfer misdemeanor summary probation, unless the judge made this a condition of that probation or unless you have been ordered to do some community service or something like that in a specific program. An example of this would be a first conviction program in a DUI case. Consult with your attorney or the probation department for specific advice.
