IF I FAIL ON PRE TRIAL WILL THEY SET ANOTHER COURT DATE

Answered by attorney Kenneth G. Wincorn
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Offices of Kenneth G. Wincorn & Associates, P.C.
Another court date will be set but you may need to make a new bond. If you have an attorney who you trust, have him/her check with the court for the procedure to be followed to avoid arest.

Your question does not make any sense. She was placed on probation for 6 months, and 13 months later she is still on probation.

What happens at an arraignment hearing? family member charged with interferring with public duty.

Answered by attorney Saundra M. Davis
Criminal Law lawyer at Saundra M. Davis, P.C.
Generally, arraingments are the first of all criminal hearings.  At this hearing, the Defendant either pleads guilty or not guilty.  That's it.  Most people plead not guilty or ask for a continuance to hire an attorney.  They may also apply for a public defender if they cannot afford an attorney. However, if they want to proceed on that date with a guilty plea, they will be able to speak with the prosecutor to find out what the recommended sentence and/or fine will be.
