Questions about my felony

It depends entirely on how the case was resolved. If you were finally convicted on the case then you won't be able to get it off your record at all. If you plead guilty, and successfully completed deferred probation, you might potentially be able to seal the records. If it was dismissed or if you were acquitted after a jury trial then you should be able to get it expunged.

Once you enter a plea bargain, the case is over. They cannot re-charge you on the SAME case, and you will have to follow your agreement.

What should I do if I want to finish my probation?

You can't run forever. Hire an attorney in that county to handle this. You need to turn yourself in and get a court date.
