Can my husband be on probation for moving to another country without asking?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
Sounds fishy. If they transferred his probation, then they knew he was leaving and okayed it. Talk to the probation department, probably just a miscommunication somewhere.

What should I do if there is a warrant for my arrest for using a credit card?

Answered by attorney Craig W Elhart (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Craig W. Elhart, PC
If there is a warrant for your arrest, you should make arrangements to turn yourself in and answer the charges that have been brought. By the way, it was the prosecuting attorney and not your aunt that authorized the charges and the court issues the warrant.

Did I make any offense?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
Any damage is already done, so there is nothing you can do now. Obviously if the police contact you, do NOT speak or give any statements to the police. Keep your mouth shut, remain silent, and ask for your attorney. As for prevention, don't go to that site anymore and do not look at those type of images anymore.
