You have a warrant out for your arrest. You should speak to your criminal defense attorney and your bonding company, if you have one. Hopefully they can help you get a new court date without getting arrested.

What will happen to a robbery of a pizza delivery man with a firearm?

Cynthia Russell Henley
Answered by attorney Cynthia Russell Henley (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Cynthia Henley
Anywhere from probation up to 20 years in prison. If he gets prison time, he has to serve 1/2 before becoming eligible for parole. He is not eligible for shock probation. It will depend on factors in the robbery, the person's general history, and plans and support in place to keep this from happening again.
