Agg. Assault with a deadly weapon/deffered adjudication . I've done more than a third of my time; am I eligible for early T

Technically you are eligible. It is up to the judge to decide so I usually suggest my clients first ask the probation officer if they will make a recommendation for early termination. If the judge has a policy of not granting it they should know. If the answer is still not clear, ask your lawyer to approach the judge to ask. If he/she will not commit I usually set a hearing and if the termination is not granted see when the judge will consider your request. A commitment by the judge may be a great help.   $1500 is a reasonable charge for the motion. I hope I have helped you and you get a good result.

How can I stop someone from accusing my daughter of breaking and entering?

No one can stop anyone from making accusations. The police and prosecutor looks to see if there is any evidence to support the allegations. If not, nothing happens. If there is, she could be prosecuted.

It will remain on his record indefinitely. If it involved a family member, it is not eligible for nondisclosure (sealing.)
