Run a background check on yourself for criminal actions and see if a conviction appears. If one does not appear you probably did not lose your ability to purchase firearm. Then try to buy one.

A petition will be issued for your arrest for violation of probation. The judge will violate your probation when you go to court for a hearing, and the balance of your probation may be spent in jail since you cannot follow directions on probation.

It is not up to the victim to decide whether to prosecute you, it's up to the state attorney. Sometimes they continue to prosecute even though the victim does not want them to do that.
