You need to go in as soon as possible on the bench warrant for failing to appear. Get an attorney to help you. It is extremely doubtful you will get any jail time but you need to do this now before you are picked up by the police.

You must be kidding. The city attorney has a staff of 20 or so who don't have much to do and it will cost them nothing out of their pockets to keep you in court for 5 years or more. it will cost you 50 to 100 thousand to keep up with them.
