Can you the person wearing the mask in public that could not get the police to not arrest you challenge the statute? I doubt it. You will need an attorney to challenge the statute and the arrest. IF you have any criminal offenses in your past, you are sunk.

IF the police officers testify to the same facts (which I seriously doubt) at the motion to suppress hearing, then all of the contraband/drugs will be thrown out.

If I turn myself in for a traffic ticket, can I bail out on the same day?

Yes, if you don't have any other warrants, then you can turn yourself in to any Missouri police department and pay the bond and they will release you and give you a new court date. You need to hire an experienced traffic law attorney to handle your Driving While Suspended ticket. If you just plead guilty and pay the fine on the court date, 12 points will be added to your driving record and your license will be revoked for 1 year. A traffic law attorney can get your DWS ticket amended to a no-point, no-moving violation. You will have to pay a higher fine plus court costs, but you won't have to appear in court. You will have to make sure all outstanding fines are paid off, then you'll have to go to the DMV to get your license reinstated.
