Interesting. Theft/burglary is an intentional act. The prosecutor needs to prove intent. You may have a defense, based upon what you have told me.

Can my neighbor accuse me of drunk driving?

Answered by attorney Craig W Elhart (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Craig W. Elhart, PC
Your neighbor cannot charge you with anything. He can only make a report to the police. After the police investigation, they will file a report with the prosecuting attorney who is the person who will determine if any charges are brought.

What will the fines cost for driving on a suspended license?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
Fines up to $500.00 but any guilty would also come with further license suspension. Hire a good lawyer and fight it. Best to get your DL up to date and then the State will dismiss the case, usually.
